Judge Declares Mistrial on Final Weinstein Charge

Harvey Weinstein, the former Hollywood mogul, was earlier convicted in his Manhattan retrial on one sexual assault charge and acquitted on one other. The ruling came a day after jury deliberations had devolved into threats and yelling.
